These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Intend platform, including our website at intenddating.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Spring Dating Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
  • Not have been previously banned or removed from the Service

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

3. Your Account

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Service. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued use of the Service poses a risk to us, our users, or any third party.
